- Commercial Service, Repair and Delivery Fleets. This includes national and regional companies who operate large fleets of vans and light trucks with technicians and crews on the road all the time. These include commercial repair firms, uniform companies, national appliance repair organizations, large home service companies, pest control, security, alarm installers, water delivery, and similar firms whose employees travel to their customers to perform work at their locations. Their vehicles run from small vans to pickups to box trucks. This group constitutes about 30% of the delegates at Fleet Forum. |

- Utilities, Cable and Telecom Companies, who install and repair telephone lines, electric service, water, gas, and communications. The field organizations for these companies perform their work from their vehicles, and the vehicles travel from point to point in the course of each day.
